The Jdiobe STEM Foundation is proud to announce the award of a $1,000 travel scholarship to Moses Nambiro, a student from Uganda who has been admitted and awarded a scholarship to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering.

While Nambiro successfully secured admission and academic funding, additional financial support was required to cover travel expenses. Through this scholarship, the Jdiobe STEM Foundation is supporting his airfare from Uganda to Alegría, enabling him to begin his academic journey.

This award reflects the Foundation’s mission to remove barriers and expand access to STEM education for talented individuals globally. By addressing critical gaps such as travel costs, the Foundation ensures that opportunity is not limited by circumstance.

“We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Supporting students like Nambiro is central to our mission of empowering the next generation of engineers and innovators.”

— Dr. Muwanika Jdiobe

The Jdiobe STEM Foundation congratulates Moses Nambiro on this achievement and looks forward to his future contributions to the field of aeronautical engineering.
